| Physical Description | Puazi height is within the normal Human range. They have smooth, striped, lavender-colored skin, large almond shaped eyes that glow in an eerie, luminous blue-white color not unlike the glow of EPS conduits. An inner eyelid can be closed to hide the glow, but vision is limited while this is done. On the abdomen/mons, for females only, there is a strange glyph that glows in bioluminescence, the same as the eyes, and cannot be doused by any other means than to cover it up. Their bodies tend to be slimmer than the average Human, but the muscle and sinew can be seen, denoting a species with close ties to physical activity. The only body hair is on their head, which is worn in various ways depending on Puazi. The eyebrows, which do extend out beyond the head, can be very long and are more like whiskers than hairs, used for extra sensory input beyond the standard senses. If one had to put a descriptive label on the Puazi, many Humans would equate their physical appearance to Elves. Their technology is on par with the UFP. However, the Puazi do not use technology in their every day lives, preferring to live as if they were still in a paleolithic epoch. Technology for defenses is always hidden, and activate when enemies least expect it. Pauzi culture is sophisticated and based on a profound spiritual connection to other life on their moon Puaza, and to each other. |

| General Overview | The entirety of Nira's character is hard to distinguish based on how she lies and tricks people for a living. She is capable of convincingly portraying friendly and flirtatious, timid, vulnerable and scared. For the most part, she is a level-headed, strong-willed and independent woman. Nira normally maintains a controlled, almost emotionless persona to keep whatever she is thinking a secret unless she is around people she absolutely trusts. | Strengths & Weaknesses | Though a very serious individual, Nira is by no means stuffy and has a sarcastic sense of humor, which mostly surfaces when she is with Wolf Costa, whom she is comfortable around. Nira is very smart and loyal. While tough and at times ruthless, she is still a good person and can be quite heroic in her own right. And no matter how injured she is in battle, Nira will go out of her way to make sure bystanders are out of harm's way. Nira is highly skilled in incorporating gymnastics and acrobatics into her fighting style as she battles opponents, able to use her bow accurately in conjunction with leaps and somersaults. Expert Markswoman: Nira is a very accurate markswoman skilled in sharpshooting. Gifted Intellect: Nira's intellect, seemingly, puts her on par with geniuses the galaxy over. She possesses the ability to quickly process multiple information streams (e.g., threat assessment) and rapidly respond to changing tactical situations. Expert Hacker: Nira can hack into most computer systems without tripping any firewalls or security. Pilot: Nira is a skilled pilot, able to adapt to various craft with skill and ease. |
| Personal History | Habitat and range: There are various biomes of Puazi on their homeworld/moon. They range from jungles, to sub-arctic living, to an alpine existance. All have skills and resources needed to support others, and this has garnered a barter system for an economy. What can't be found in the jungle may be found in the mountains, and so on, so they gather clans together at festivals and the bartering begins. This would be akin to a county fair for Humans, with games, entertainment, and the latest news being shared by all. The Puazi do fight one another, but it is a basic need that drives this, and seldom is it done to the death. Despite this the Puazi are a people who see nothing wrong with eliminating a threat, and once done, there is no further thought on the matter. Physiology: The Puazi cell nucleus does not use nucleic acids to encode genetic information. Therefore, their genetic makeup is not considered to be DNA (thus they do not utilize RNA in the synthesis of proteins). Puazi skin is smooth, iridescent, and lavender in color accentuated with black stripes in various locations on their bodies. Mainly, down the spine and on their faces around the eyes. Females tend to have a tribal stripe pattern on their lumbar region which accentuates their hips and buttocks. The stripes range from a dark solid black color to a faded black. Their bodies have feline-like features and stances, the muscle and sinew designed through evolution to strike poses that would cause discomfort and pain to most carbon based humanoids. Their fingernails are actually fully functioning claws, kept at a workable length for every day use and survival, which do extend for combat. Puazi have red blood, utilizing an iron okygen-transporting system similar to hemoglobin. Despite the odd difference their blood contains platelets capable of regenerating from any disease or toxin, which can be used to cure or revive medical subjects via transfusion, with a little help from medical professionals who can turn the Pauzi blood into a serum. Musculature sharply defined, giving no sense of emaciation despite thin builds. Skeleton is reinforced with naturally occurring carbon fiber. Dentition is similar to humans, though the canines are more pronounced. Highly evolved nervous system, which has given the Puazi several traits for detecting the surrounding environment. They have roughly five times the strength of the average Human. Reproduction mechanics are similar to humans and other Terran mammals. However, it should be noted that although female Puazi have breasts similar to those on humans-also used to nurse infants-they are not placental mammals and, as such, the actual internal reproductive biology is quite different from Terran mammals. *Eyebrows/ears: With the long, tapering, pointed ears combined with the brow whiskers, Puazi can obtain a great deal of sensory information through these organs. They can detect electrical fields, changes in air density and temperature, and sub-sonic sounds. Their ears bend and slightly turn to take in information, giving them a sonar-like detection ability similar to that of Terran bats. Due to this ability, it is very difficult to sneak up on, or even elude, a Puazi--even in total darkness. They are not infallible, however. Strong emotions that give off surges of adrenaline or teptaline, or even detecting overheating equipment, could skew the information being processed to the brain. When a Puazi concentrates they can use their eyebrows and ears to single out bioelectric signals nearby. With the combination of sensory organs and their eyes, Puazi evolved a quadroscopic vision, having light receptive organs aplenty, which gives them superior depth perception to many species. If a portion of ear or eyebrow is cut off or damaged severely it takes several months to grow back, during which time the Puazi suffers loss of balance, among other symptoms. MAGICK: Universal Energy Manipulation: Nira is able to shape and manipulate Eldritch Magick, forming constructs of tangible energy like weapons or shields, or cast spells by writing specific formations with the fiery energy. She demonstrates the ability to form Eldritch Whips and Tao Mandalas, as well blades made from fiery energy, and scan a piece of a person's hair with the energy, to aid in forming a portal that would take them where they wish to go. Teleportation: Using gold rings/hoops created through the use of quantum mechanics, which are worn on her outfit like accessories, Nira is able to open portals that lead to different locations, gaining the ability to both move across the material world and transport herself to other parts of the galaxy. In addition, she can make portals small enough to reach through and grab things, or to exchange one object for another. This is an ability she keeps under wraps. Her main weapon is an ornate bow, solid silver in appearance, made from an unknown alloy, created from an element found on her homeworld. The nano-tech within the matching quiver provides replication of ammo. Once an arrow is taken from the quiver it is automatically replaced by another, and never more than three at a time within. Her two daggers, also made from the foreign alloy, are a matching set to the bow. |
