| General Overview | Alona is suave, but she loves to use insults, sass and banter, though done as only a Romulan can. She uses smooth, gratuitous sexual innuendo in an effort to make people uncomfortable and therefore give herself an advantage. Alona is an effiecient business woman and while she prides herself on integrity, she will use any loopholes given to her to turn the situation to her benefit, proving the saying 'be careful what you wish for' to be more than true. Alona is incredibly narcissistic, believing that few, if any, are her equals. Alona is also skilled in deceiving unsuspecting victims by appearing charismatic and alluring, with those who have met her on this level to describe her as "charming". | Strengths & Weaknesses | Alona's main goal is self-preservation, and she is willing to sacrifice anything else for it. She is a survivor at heart, and will use any means to accomplish this goal. In fact, she tends to only lose her temper when her personal safety is threatened or when dealing with overwhelming stupidity. Alona at times appears incredibly volatile under her smooth and charming personality, as when she has screamed at multiple people when appearing calm only moments before. She is not above making deals or alliances with her enemies when she feels it is beneficial for her. Alona is cunning, devious, and highly skilled at manipulating others. Despite her arrogance, she does not dismiss possible threats, but seeks to eliminate them. Despite her need for self-preservation Alona can find her resolve when those she is sworn to aid are in danger. She is seemingly sentimental when a situation calls for it. Beneath the affable side of her character, she is cruel, sadistic, and merciless. If she feels you need to be shot in the face after days of torture, she won't hesitate; and, why she has not risen quickly through the ranks. On the rare occasion, among close friends, she has shown regret for her actions, not knowing who she could possibly turn for any kind of forgiveness. Alona is an accomplished tinkerer and innovator. She innovated various methods or techniques on harming her enemies. She is a very capable strategist, a skill she has used and demonstrated multiple times to achieve survival or dominance. She has outplayed or outwitted many opponents. Also, Alona is very resilient to torture and does not submit easily to whoever wishes to take control of her. From the Tal Shiar she received numerous beatings and came out in the end appearing either proud, or completely unfazed. Despite her ruthless nature however, Alona is capable of affection toward her allies; fellow officers and crew she serves with. |
