Commander O'Connell had already briefed the Infiltration Specialists on their pending Op to rescue Captain Rivers from a Nebula Class Ship. The ladies were busy getting their gear together.

Lieutenant Zolon walked into the the security section of the area where she was greeted by a Guard "Hello I'm Lieutenant Zolon' I'm to meet up with Lieutenant Dunjen for an Away Mission" she stated with a smile.

"Yes they are expecting you Lieutenant, please right this way" as the Guard escorted her to the ladies.

Looking up Nix saw Cass "Good Lieutenant I see you're here; I must tell you I'm not to keen on taking an untrained person on an Op" she commented knowing she had to follow orders.

Cass could sense her hesitation "I can assure you even though I may look like a girly girl, I am well able to hold my own using my abilities" she replied matter of factly.

Heather chimed in "From what Commander O'Connell has told me, she'll be fine and could be rather useful Nix" she stated feeling Nix was a little over bearing at this point.

"Ok but you are to stay between the two of us unless I direct otherwise" she replied then handed Cass a black cat suit "Here put this on; it will allow you to blend into the shadows" she instructed.

Cass looked over at Heather as Heather gave her a nod of affirmation so Cass did as instructed. Now the threesome was ready and headed for the Flight Deck.

{Flight Deck}

Commander O'Connell walked into the Flight Deck and was greeted by the Chief to make sure Jamie's qualifications checked out on the Flyer; which they did.

Jamie looked up, while waiting for his passengers, and saw Herculoid walking towards him "Hello Lieutenant, I understand you'll be flying cover for this Mission" he commented then proceeded to instruct her on the particulars of the Mission.

Tara nodded "I will be, once we launch I'll cloak and hold position near Brisco's ship. He attempts to leave I'll target the engines."

"That sounds like a good course of action. Brisco is one slippery SOB" Jamie stated while feeling the hairs standup on the back of his neck.

Moments later the ladies walked onto the Flight Deck "Commander O'Connell we're ready to go" Nix commented.

"Good climb aboard ladies and we'll get this show on the road" Jamie stated then pulled Heather aside "Just to let you know Brisco is on that Ship."

Heather stood and looked at Jamie "I think it's about time that piece of slime met his maker" she stated matter of factly.

"Just be careful, I'm not ready to be a widower yet" He replied with a grin but was totally serious.

Heather smiled "I'll be careful I promise" she answered "Come on let's do this" as the couple walked onto the Flyer.

O'Connell sat in the pilots seat and did the usual preflight check once finished "Lieutenant Herculoid you all set" he asked.

Tara tapped her com as she brought the fighter's systems online "I'm set, all systems are good, weapons fully charged, cloak is online. I'll cloak as soon as we launch.

"Amandora this is Flyer One requesting permission to disembark" Jamie said.

"You're clear for departure Commander, save travels and we'll see you when you return" the Flight Chief replied.

Slowly the Shuttle lifted off the deck then turned as they headed out of the Bay door. Once clear of the Ship Jamie accelerated to warp three to get to his destination quickly. Thirty minutes later Jamie dropped out of warp and came to a full stop.

Turning to his passengers "Ok ladies your up.....please be careful and I will be a short distance away along with Lieutenant Herculoid being clocked just in case the Nebula tries and make a run for it. I will see you all when you get back" Jamie commented with concern in his voice.

The three ladies stepped onto the transporter pad "Commander we'll be careful and will see you when we return with captain Rivers" Nix commented with a smile "Energize" and moments later they were off the Flyer.

Tara launched in Alesha's fighter and cloaked the second the fighter cleared the ship.

As soon as the ladies beamed off the Shuttle Jamie moved a safe distance away but still close enough to get back at a moments notice. Now came the hard part for O'Connell.....waiting and hoping that everyone returned safely.
