Post Number 14 Launching Fighters To Scout

Alesha hearing the order for her and Money to launch and scout tapped her com-badge “Shannon we’re on let’s saddle up and get out there and see what’s out there and by all means stay frosty.”

Once her call had been sent Alesha headed for the fighter bay and over to where her viper was. Running her hand over it’s sleek hull, she tapped the button on the side and the stairs appeared, smiling Alesha climbed aboard and took her seat. Switching on the fighter’s systems she ran a flight check. All systems were green indicating the craft was ready to go, pulling on her helmet and tapping her ear piece “Shannon my viper is ready to go, all systems normal and online. Weapons charged, sensors and shields are active. I’m alerting the bridge we’re ready to go; first order of business is we scout the base and ships make sure there is noting lurking out there.”

Tapping her com “Amandora bridge this is Rivers, Money and my fighters check out requesting permission to launch,”

“Permission granted, Commodore Song wants both of you to keep in touch,” came the reply
“Shannon we’ll fly under the Amandora then head for the base first and scout it before heading to checked out the three docked ships. Once they’re clear we’ll standby until the away teams deem all the ships and base are safe. Then I want if the command staff will permit us to head to that solar system. Let’s launch, follow me out.” Alesha said lifting off and gliding to the bay doors, keying in the code the doors opened and the two fighters zoomed out into space,

Alesha rolled and dove under the Amandora and came out on the port side and held position and waited for Shannon to join her before heading for the star base.
