Once the children were sound asleep, sick bay’s temperature had dropped so it was chilly in there as Jensen the oldest of the children had told Kristian that the bugs as he called them didn’t like the cold. Herculoid believed she may have found a way to communicate with them. Paul instructed Kristian that when the children woke up she was to alert him, seeing her nod as she kept watch on the children made his way back to Ops.

Paul walked over to the communications and called up the three ships as well as the Amandora and sent over detailed reports from what the boy Jensen had said about the ant beings, of bugs as he called them. “They hid in the lower levels of the base and informed us that the bugs don’t like being cold. The children survived in the bowls of the base in a shielded area and are now in sick bay under the watchful eye of Doctor Long. Jensen seems bitter over the lack of help. I did explain to him that we’re doing everything in our power to help them, find their parents and see what these beings want. Lieutenant Herculoid believes she may have found a way to communicate with them. Jensen went on to say that the Amandora is not safe just because she’s not in dock. I highly suggest we all drop temperatures in order to keep the bugs off our ships. I’m find with keeping ops on the station at normal temperature so once one of the ant beings are found it can be brought here where Herculoid can see if she can communicate with it. But I must caution all of you this temperature drop I don’t know if it will work as the children were found in the lower levels and one of them was down there, took one of the children and Jensen fire on it and injured it. Barnes, Ainkara and few others are now looking for it. I’ll keep everyone posted on any further developments.” After hitting send the messages went to all four ships.

Paul thought about the boy Jensen, Paul was concerned for him. Herculoid had offered an Amazon Staff to the boy as a sign of a warrior and he’d not been receptive. Paul figured it was just because he was scared and worried about his family and friends. Now it was a waiting game to see what would happen next.
