Post Number 7 Checking Things Out

Mission: Shake Down Cruise
Location: Bridge and Science Lab

Tara watched as the ship passed through the solar system, she’d had the sensors active in order to not only test them out but to also get readings on the planets. Not much was known about some of them. Once out of the solar system Tara switched the beams forward as the ship jumped to warp and headed out to the uncharted Sagittarius Sector of space.

To say Tara was excited was an understatement, even though she was not overly happy about being reactivated she was looking forward to getting back into deep space and see what adventures lay waiting for them let alone new dangers and the new species they’d encounter. With nothing pressing currently on the bridge Tara left the science station to one of her junior officers and headed for the labs. She’d not been there yet and didn’t know what to expect.

Walking into the science lab a few minutes later Tara nodded, everything seemed to be in order but she also knew looks could be deceiving. Walking over to the M.N.R. Herculoid checked to make sure it was up and fully operational. While it was it did need some fine tuning. Picking up some tools she set to work to fine tune the M.N.R. Once that was done it was time to check out her office and see what was waiting in there.
