“Commodore in coming message from the planet. Ambassador Keelflex,” communications reported

“On screen,” Cyndi ordered as she stood and walked closer and stood just behind her helm and navigation officers

“You’re on sir,” communications responded “The image of an older man with graying hair and a sparse beard greeted her.

“Ambassador, I’m Commodore Cyndi Song Commanding the Federation Starship USS Amandora,”

“Commodore I’m Ambassador Keelflex my party is ready to arrive on your ship for the talks,”

“I have guest quarters ready for you, I’ll scramble my fighters for an escort to the ship,” Cyndi

“Has the other side contacted you yet?” Keelflex asked

“No ambassador you’re the first,” Cyndi replied

“Perfect we’ll be the first, I’ll have our shuttle ready and await your escort,” Keelflex said as the screen went back to showing the view of the planet.

“That went well,” Cyndi commented tapping her com-badge “Lieutenant Rivers I need a fighter escort for Ambassador Keelflex’s shuttle, two fighters should be enough.”

“I’m on it,” came Alesha’s response

“Commodore, incoming message from the planet. It’s Ambassador Ferrin, he wishes to speak to the commander of this ship,” communications announced

“Standby,” Cyndi said tapping her com-badge “Lieutenant Rivers scramble two more fighters and standby. The other ambassador has contacted me.”

“Standing by,” Alesha said

“On screen,” Cyndi ordered

“You’re on commodore,” communications said

The image of a being who resembled fish came up.

“Ambassador I’m Commodore Cyndi Song Commanding the Federation Starship USS Amandora,”

“I’m Ambassador Ferrin, my party is ready to board your ship for the talks, I have a shuttle ready.”

“I have guest quarters ready and a two fighter escort to see to you and your party arrive,” Cyndi replied

“We’ll be waiting,” Ferrin said with that the screen went back to showing the planet

Tapping her com-badge “Lieutenant Rivers launch your fighters, two to being Ambassador Keelflex’s party aboard shuttle bay two and the second fighters to bring Ambassador Ferrin’s party aboard shuttle bay one.”

“Understood sir,” Alesha responded

Tapping her com-badge “Commander Bird report to my ready room, dress uniform.
