After speaking with the necessary people Nix would now focus her attention on getting her gear in order for the upcoming Ops. She would prepare two different vests.

The first was minimal gear for her Recon mission with 1st Lieutenant Rivers; this was just in case things went south and the needed to survive until help arrived. Basic weapons, first aid kit, some dehydrated food, and an extra thermal blanket.

The second was the 'money vest'. This contained all her Infiltration Tech, her modified phaser with extra batteries, her weapon that Dunjen had taught her how to make, and some other odds and ends that may come in handy.

After everything was organized and checked out Nix put the two vests back in the her lock up until each one was needed.

It had been a long day with meetings and gathering as much information as possible but there was one thing left to do before Nix could call it done for the day.

{Deck 3 - Quarters}

Nix walked into her home and straight to the Replicator "Computer one long oversized coat...full hood....black....able to withstand twenty degrees below zero....but not bulky....Nix Dunjen's size" she stated. Shortly her coat appeared then she grabbed it and tried it on....nice fit and nice n' warm too. Now Nix was done for the day.

She grabbed a water and plopped on the couch and put here feet up when she could sense Dunjen "Nix you're really tired and you need to rest." "Yes I am but I should go over some more of the information that Alesha gave me." "That can wait until morning...you need to rest now" he replied. "Yes your right of course old friend....I'll have something light to eat and relax listening to some music for awhile."

Nix was so tired she decided to skip the shower until morning and changed into her bed clothes then came out into the tiny Kitchen "Computer ham and cheese on rye with spicy mustard, a side of potato chips, and a cold Coke" came the request. Moments later Nix grabbed her supper and went to sit on the couch "Computer play Earth's 20th century smooth jazz" and soon the room was filled with relaxing music as Nix sat to enjoy her meal.

While she was eating her meal Nix could sense Dunjen "You know I really like this type of music....it's just so relaxing." "That's the point old friend....something to make me relax" she replied with a grin.

After her meal was over Nix took care of the trash, grabbed another Coke, and returned to the couch putting her feet up and clearing her mind of everything except the melodious sounds.
