Post Number 6 Arrival Planet Zaris Three

The three days had gone by quickly, Cyndi walked onto the bridge just as the ship dropped from warp. “Report?” Cyndi asked
“We’ve entered the Zaris system and are on final approach for Zaris three,” helm responded
“One quarter impulse,” Cyndi ordered “Communications hail Zaris Three inform them we’re on the way and request permission to assume standard orbit, call Commander’s Green and O’Connell to the bridge.”
“Slowing to one quarter impulse,” Helm responded
“We’re cleared for standard orbit,” communications announced a few minutes later
Several minutes later the Amandora was in orbit of Zaris Three
“Hail the planet,” Cyndi ordered
“You’re on commodore,” communications responded
“On screen,” Cyndi ordered walking to stand behind the helm and navigation officers the image of a man with lite blue skin, green hail and purple eyes appeared the minute the link was established “I’m Commodore Cyndi Song Commanding the Federation Star Ship USS Amandora.”
“Commodore, I’m Governor Kyron, welcome to Zaris Three,”
“Thank you governor, if it’s alright I’d like to beam down with a few of my officers,” Cyndi said
“I’ll send you coordinates and look forward to meeting you and your officers, I’m sure you’ll be pleased with what this planet has to offer,” Kyron replied
“We’ll see you soon governor,” Cyndi said as the transmission ended tapping her com-badge Doctor Long, Lieutenants James McTavish, Herculoid, Thoros, report to transporter room one, in fifteen minutes,” Cyndi turned to her bridge officers “Commander Green you have the con, Commander O’Connell you’ll join the away team. Remember this is a meet and greet. Weapons at minimum we’re not going in guns blazing.”
