Cyndi had read the reports from Hrceuloid, Nix and McTavish. Something needed to be done and done soon before the Albaines came to more harm same with Mala, Jobst and their people. Tapping her com-badge "Commander O'Connell, Doctor Long, Lieutenants Herculoid and Nix report to my ready room.

Tara and Kristian had been having lunch when the call came in "So much for lunch, "Kristian said tapping her com-badge and acknowledged the order from the commodore that both she and Tara would be there.

Lieutenant J.G. Dunjen was finishing up going over a Tech inventory when she heard the call. Tapping her Comm "I'll be there in a few minutes" she replied then started for the Commodore's ready Room.

When Nix arrived she entered then grabbed a seat looking at Cyndi "Good Afternoon Commodore" she commented waiting for the others to arrive.

Commander O'Connell was heading towards home to pick up something when he heard Cyndi. He quickly grabbed what he needed from his quarters then headed for Deck 1. Jamie walked in "Commodore good afternoon" as he noticed Nix sitting "Lieutenant how are you" he said.

"I'm doing well Commander, thank you for asking" Nix replied.

Tara and Kristian entered and quickly reverted to Federation as they'd been speaking in their native language.

"Commodore," Kristian greeted as she and Tara took seats.

"Thank you all for coming. I've read the reports from the departments and I think it's time to discuss things But firstly what are the conditions of the Albaines? Doctor Long will need to see them," Cyndi said.

"I would like to see them as I have seen the reports," Kristian replied.

Nix spoke up "The area in which their being held is dark, damp, and not very warm. Some of the older and sickly people have already perished" she explained then went on "Lieutenant JG Devroe went back and talked to them.....they have ask for asylum."

"After speaking with Governor Kyron he is dead set against releasing those folks but did say he wouldn't interfere if they wanted asylum as long as they were off Zaris Three" the Commander explained.

"I would be happy to escort Doctor Long to the prison so she can see them for herself" Dunjen stated.

"And I would suggest Commodore, with respect, that you speak to Kyron to let him know what we require of his government in this matter" Jamie suggested.

"If they've asked for asylum I'm bound to grant it. Commander you'll go with me to speak to Kyron, Lieutenant Herculoid contact Jobst and Mala, arrange for them to meet myself and Kyron. Your to be there as well. Doctor Long you go with Dunjen and see the albaines. Since they've asked for asylum I'll arrange guest quarters for them aboard ship. Sciences will need to find a suitable planet for them to settle on," Cyndi said.

"I can be ready to go in a few minutes commodore," Kristian said.

"I'll go speak with Jobst and Mala and inform them of the meeting," Tara responded.

"Good enough as Kyron will need to understand what is expected of him in order to join the Federation," Cyndi commented.

"Doctor Long I'll grab a few things and meet you in Transporter Room One shortly" Nix stated being hopeful for the Albaines.

"I'll contact Lieutenant McTavish and have him start looking for a suitable planet for these folks right away" O'Connell commented "Let me know when your ready to leave Commodore."

"Let me grab my field kit and I'll meet you there," Kristian said.

"I'll beam down with you, the transporter room has the coordinates for the hidden area they can easily beam us separately," Tara responded.

"Doctor meet us in the transporter room in ten minutes," Cyndi said getting to her feet. "Herculoid have Mala and Jobst meet us at the Kyron's headquarters in thirty minutes."

Tara nodded "I'll inform them."
