Standing before the command chair on the Romulan T'Varo class warbird, an evil grin crossing the leader's face as they watched the Amandora get lambasted by the torpedo. Before the sub-commander and his command officers were executed the Leader would have to thank them for providing quite an effective fast attack vessel. As per orders the T'Varo had immediately began to maneuver from where it had been, and now that the plasma torpedo had created an ambient energy field the chances of being detected now were nil. Starfleet phaser beams lanced out and smacked the Romulan ship along its port side aft but not enough to damage the cloak. Leader was unimpressed that the cowardly criminals weren't engaging yet, as per agreement. They too would be dealt with but, for now, Rogue Green was all that mattered.

"Overseer, we have a small craft leaving the Amandora. A Delta Flier. Passive scanners cannot determine who, or what, is aboard."

"Keep us below one-quarter impulse power while maneuvering." Ordered the Overseer. "It will keep detection down to a minimum."

~Really?~ thought the helmsman ~Then why did we get shot?~ He never said that, knowing the Overseer's predilection for killing those who failed them. There were 200 Romulan bodies floating in space light years away because Overseer commanded it. Only the department heads were kept alive...for now.

From a distance the Overseer watched events unfold, exactly as they had foreseen. Having placed a holo-emitter on the Bridge of the Romulan ship without the knowledge of their servants had worked well in their favor, and even as they thought on that they reached up to their right arm and removed the holo-transmitter. While it had been active they had been wearing special goggles to allow them to see the Bridge of the warbird as if they were actually there. Quite ingenious. Too bad the inventor had to die to secure the secret that The Overseer now possessed the technology and would put it to 'good' use. Not to mention placing their servants within the bowels of Amandora for years now. Sleepers. Males and females from all walks of life who were loyal to the cause and the Overseer's way of life. People who would not hesitate to kill anyone who stood in their way. 'Loyal' Starfleet personnel with a dark secret and even darker souls. Section31 was a joke compared to this lot.

Taking the pilot's seat on their Romulan Runabout, Overseer began to tap keys to check passive sensors. The runabout was cloaked and further back as they observed the ensuing battle, the ambient debris and energy from weapons fire providing perfect cover to move. At 1/4 impulse power they skirted the battle arena and made way for the derelict freighter near to the asteroid. The bonus to all of this was the fact that there were many species out there, and many individuals, who had a beef with Song and her deviant crew of crusaders. Most especially the Romulans. The Rihannsu had a serious axe to bury with the Amazonian civilization and were more than willing to aid in their demise, especially when it came to Commodore Song.

The Overseer could never forgive Song for nuking an entire Avian civilization to 'protect' the Federation. Pfft, yeah..right. There was no reason to do so, all people rescued, yet the call was made. And, years later, here she sat in command of a starship, and even got promoted to Commodore. The Federation was an empire and those who served it were hypocrites. Let us be all nicey-nice right up until someone dies on a mission, then it becomes charge forward and kill everything that moves. Well, for some, those days were about to end.

Time to hole-up in the den they had made within the asteroid, scan shielded and cold as space to the outside observer. Almost the size of a planetoid like Ceres, but just short of those dimensions. A time bomb that needed to be set and used. The path to vengeance!
