Mission: The Restroffs (Space Spiders)
Location: Quarters

Amethyst was still buzzing with the excitement of having married Will, the hand-fasting was as close to a marriage ceremony as they could get right now but it was good enough for her. She’d submitted the necessary forms to Starfleet changing her name details to Raymond and she had also submitted the same for Kal so he could have his father’s surname as well. She was now officially Mrs Amethyst Raymond and it was truly exciting!

Once shoreleave came around they’d have chance to marry in a ceremony with the crew, then they could hold a party for everyone to enjoy. Christina had plans to head home for the holidays, something she’d arranged with Amethyst already as she wouldn’t be there to look after Kal for that duration.

Finishing off her snack Amethyst couldn’t help but wonder about the fruit that Brol had given her and what he’d ... it had meant about helping her. Remembering the happenings in Sickbay she curiously placed an old coin from her collection of things on the glass coffee table and sat down in-front. Betazoids weren’t telekinetic but she’d somehow made things move in Sickbay, now she wanted to test that theory.

~ A few minutes later ~

Amethyst sighed she’d been trying with all her might to move the coin but it hadn’t budged, she shook her head and gave it an annoyed and disappointed stare surprised as it slowly moved. “Wait a minute ...” She nodded. “Emotion ... it’s linked to my emotional state!”

Spending a few more minutes trying to channel her emotions she’d only managed to move it one more time and not very far, the side effect of which appeared to be a nosebleed which soon stopped. Lesson learned she stopped forcing it and got ready to head out to her office making a mental note to speak with Tore about her nosebleed.

Someone else she needed to speak to was Brol but she had noticed that Will didn’t like it when Brol was around her, she had to speak to him about that as well. With all that in mind she headed on her way to her office.
