Post Number 14 A Visit From Tara

Tara had been worried about Alesha ever since she’d been freed from Brisco. With nothing pressing currently Tara checked the computer and smiled when she found that Alesha was in the fighter bay headed there to see her. Walking in a few minutes later it didn’t take Tara long to find Aleaha who was sitting on the edge of her fighter doing some routine work on the craft. “Alesha how are you?” Tara asked reverting to their native language.

“I’m fine, Kristian mended the injuries and broken bones but told me to take it easy. I so want to take my fighter out but I can’t,” Alesha said reverting to the Amazon language as well. Closing the canopy Alesha climbed down, tapped a button on the fighter causing the stairs to vanish into the craft. Alesha set the alarms on the fighter.

“You’ll get there, just enjoy the down time for a little bit,” Tara assured her

“I read your report where you so badly crippled Brisco’s ship that he’d need a tow, you took out his coms and engines,” Alesha said as they walked from the fighter bay “What’s going to happen to Brisco?”

“According to what I’ve read due to diplomatic channels he’s being taken to a penal colony, the conditions are harsh and escape is nearly impossible,” Tara replied “But we both know this may not be the end of him as he’s cunning.”

“How did Starfleet capture him?” Alesha asked

“The commodore’s report said that Starfleet diplomatic corps was taking over and Brisco’s capture is a result of Starfleet Marshals. In my eyes it can’t have happened to a better person,” Tara commented giggling at the mere thought of what lay in store for Eddie Brisco and the torment he’d put various members of the crew through could possibly be over? Only time would tell.

“I hope it’s over with him,” Alesha said “I’m going to put my pilots through some simulations, when they’re done how about we go to the holo deck and do a good work out I feel I need it.”

“I’m game if you are and as long as you’ll let me take your Viper out once in a while,” Tara said

“There’s only two aboard I’ll let fly my Viper that’s you and Kristian. Mine is the only one that has a cloak on it and able to fire cloaked. The other five don’t have it.” Alesha said

“No but those other five are just as powerful they only lack the ability to cloak and fire cloaked,” Tara replied.

“Give me a few hours to get them in the simulators, out and the results on my desk and I’ll meet you,” Alesha said

“Perfect as I’ve gone some reports to file,” Tara agreed “I’ll swing by your quarters when I’m done. In case I beat you what’s your access code?”

“Same as the code on my fighter, and yes you can take it out as can Kristian,” Alesha answered “I’ll see you in a few hours.”

The two said their goodbyes and went in their own directions
