Mission:
Wedding Blues And Trouble
Location: Alistar's Office
Timeline: Current
ON:
Once the meeting broke up Alesha headed for Alistar's office, the door was open, Alesha tapped on the door frame and waited for permission to enter.
The door opened revealing Alister sitting behind his desk, “Have a seat,” he said waving to one of the chairs in his office.
Alesha walked in and took a seat. "Do you have a better plan?"
“A lot better then our XO did,” Alister replied leaning back in his chair, “This isn’t a mission that can or should be taken alone. You are known to your ex husband and if he spots you who knows what he will do or attempt to do.”
"I'm not afraid to kill him if I have to. But you are right he does know me even though it's been three years. I could have Kristian alter my appearance but I don't know if he's ever shown my daughter a picture of me," Alesha said.
“Dead bodies tend to have questions asked,” Alister replied, “Better to have things disappear and leave a mystery.” Alister leaned back in his chair, “The Commodore shows an interest in you getting your daughter back so I’m prepared to offer myself and my operations team to assist. My only stipulation is that listen to my people, we’re going to be in a potential hostile situation and it’s something we’ve all trained in and done.”
Alesha thought for a few minutes "I can do that, I'm as you know a civilian for now. I have my fighter and it does cloak. My question is how will you explain this to the commodore? You are right, if I kill him I can be brought up on charges. There are other ways to get rid of him."
“Well I don’t plan on having to kill your ex,” Alister said, “As for your fighter that is Amazon tech thru and thru. I would suggest leaving it behind better for nothing connected to your planet be used. I know a Klingon officer who hates the syndicate, in exchange for one of our distractions hitting a target he wants gone, he’s arranged for a Klingon fighter to be placed at your disposal. We don’t leave fingerprints toward us or your planet. I plan to walk your daughter off the planet and onto a liner. Working on who’s going to pick us up but we have a few options dispending on our time frame.”
"Your right, even removing Federation markings it is still carries both Federation and Amazon markings. Tell your Klingon friends I accept, there's not much I cannot fly. I've not removed the Federation markings yet from my fighter," Alesha said.
“As for my team,” Alister shrugged, “I’m going to tell the Commodore we’re going on a training exercise. We’ll take a runabout to meet up with a Klingon ship where you’ll get your fighter and we’ll get transportation to the planet. From there we’re on our own I’ll provide you with a new ID that won’t ring any bells. From there one of my people will get confirmation that it’s your daughter. My question is do you want to see her before we do the grab? You won’t be allowed contact or even near can’t risk your ex getting a glimpse of you.”
"I do want to see her, but you are right if Raul sees me he'll know something is up. I don't know what language she'll speak, Raul is fluent in the Amazon language as he was raised on on Amzock. Take a sample if my DNA to compare it to Amber's. Just let me know when your planning on going and I'll be ready," Alesha said "Tell your Klingon contacts thank you."
“If I find a good spot I’ll give you a shout for you to see your daughter,” Alister promised, “Give me a couple of more hours and I’ll call you when we’re ready to leave. Any other questions?”
Alesha shook her head, "None that I can think of. Thank you for everything."
“Help with what Captain,” Alister said with a wink, “As far as anyone else but you, my team, and myself we never had this conversation.”
"Thank you lieutenant, won't forget this," Alesha said
