Tara had spoken to Alesha just before she left to go find her daughter and gotten permission to use her fighter while she was away. While both Tara and Kristian were certified pilots they both needed more time in the fighter. The two cousins had taken Tara's personal shuttle while Kristian had taken Alesha's fighter to a planet in the Danvers System so they could get some research done.

"Remind me to thank Alesha for letting us use her fighter," Kristian commented as she unloaded a few items from the craft and set them on a table in front of Tara's shuttle.

"I think we both need some time in the simulator, granted we're both pilots but we're no where near the skill Alesha has," Tara said as she attached the canvas to the door of her shuttle making it into a tent.

"That might not be a bad idea but it's finding time what with my being the ships CMO and you being the diplomatic chief and assistant science chief. We're both busy. I'm just glad for a break for a day or two," Kristian said opening her field kit to double check things. Satisfied that she had everything closed it again. "We flew over a village what do you say we do some shopping and get something to eat that's not replicated."

"I like that, let's set the alarms on the shuttle and fighter and head to town. I could use some new decorations for my quarters and my office," Tara said as she set the alarms on her shuttle while Kristian set the alarms on the fighter.
