Timeline: During The Mission Briefing

OFF:

Posting as Admiral Hank Snow

ON:

Hank walked into Cyndi's ready room and waited for the commander to join him. Cyndi had the task of stalling her officers while he brought the commander up to speed on what Cyndi knew.

" Admiral if you're here this is big what gives sir?" asked Will.

"I came here for two reasons, the first one was to promote your captain which you've seen. The second is to work on getting a new starbase up and running. That's what she was told and the rest of the details will be explained in the briefing," Hank said.

" A starbase this far out? The supply runs will be exhausting. Which system?"

"Cyndi doesn't even know that," Hank replied "You know as much as she does, I fill you in on this you'll return to the bridge and await the rest of senior officers. Or you can return to the briefing and be filled in along with everyone else. It's your choice."

" I will return to the briefing sir."

"Each department will have orders as to what they are going to be responsible for. With your background at helm your duties will be instructing and making sure the shuttle pilots are ready for anything. I want them able to enter, exit and land safely, I want them able to dock safely with the docking rings on the starbase and each ship that comes along with landing and taking off on planets and other space bodies," Hank said

" Yes sir. I can handle that. Will the Marine pilots be used for this mission also?" Will asked.

"Return to the briefing and find out the rest of the orders," Hank said "Those are your orders, the rest of the orders will be handed out in the briefing. Not even Cyndi knows what I just told you."

" Yes sir." Will replied considering the conversation they had just had together.
