Timeline: Concurrent to Post 9

Ensign Eva Humphreys arrived to the arboretum for a last minute check up on Brol before she got busy. Normally his broadcast signal was fully charged but today it was not.

" Brol are you in here? I am in a hurry so no hiding from Eva. Brol? Brol?" Eva asked as she found his loggish body leaned against a table of fresh flower flats.

Brol did not respond because it ceased to live.

Remembering his orders: " With your background at helm your duties will be instructing and making sure the shuttle pilots are ready for anything. I want them able to enter, exit and land safely, I want them able to dock safely with the docking rings on the starbase and each ship that comes along with landing and taking off on planets and other space bodies," Hank said




Will joined the bridge once word reached him they had arrived to the base.

" Captain Leaf this is First Officer Will Raymond I will be there in ten minutes." he informed the station Captain.

Receiving the oakey dokey he headed to the transporter room. Joined immediately by Ensign Humphreys as his lift stopped to pick her up.

" Hello Ensign why the tears?"

" It's Brol sir. Brol is dead. I found it unresponsive. Dr H'iri had Brol moved to the morgue." Humphreys reported.

" Don't tell Amethyst. She won't be able to take it. But thanks for telling me Ensign." Will replied.

" You're welcome sir." Eva replied.

This was bad as Will hoped the Brol would be there for the birth of Flora and for Amethyst.

Will entered the transporter room as planned prepared to do his best on this assignment.
