Mission: Mission Guardian Shield
Location: Counsellors Office

Ellie arrived at the Counsellor’s office figuring she’d been called to talk about the incident with Yova. Pressing the chime she smiled as she heard a voice call her to enter. Walking in She was greeted by the new ship’s Counsellor.

“Lieutenant Kees, Thank you for coming” T’Mia smiled. “This might not be entirely what you’ve been expecting.”

Right behind her Odac Yova arrived as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs would be.

" I hope it's ok that I am here. Oh these are for you..Chocolate covered march mellons I think they're called." Odac greeted as he handed then to T'Mia.

T’Mia smiled. “Marshmallows, Thank you!”

" Hi Ellie...fancy meeting you here." Odac joked.

Ellie smiled in surprise. “Hi yourself, what are you doing here?”

T’Mia smiled. “As far as Command are concerned you’re both here for a joint counselling session. In reality you’re here to talk to each other.” She nodded to Yova. “I’ll step out of your way and allow you some privacy.”

Odac was nervous but he really needed to be here right now .

" So..uh...I really feel guilty about causing you to get in trouble. Yea we both are grown ups but how do we move past this? I want...I need to see you again Ellie." Odac blurted.

Ellie smiled. “To be honest I didn’t think you’d want to see me again. You didn’t get me into trouble, I enjoyed every moment of our time together and I’d do it again in a heartbeat!” She reached out and took his hand in hers. “I like you Odac, I like you a lot.”

" The feelings mutual. Makes serving here more bearable knowing I have...you. I know I was a rascal but I'm changing. I have a shot for chief and if I can get it... Enough about me how are you?" Odac asked.

Ellie smiled. “To be honest I’m... missing you! I enjoyed our time together Odac, I’d like to be able to spend time with you again.”

" Well I will try to calm down here. I have never met anyone like you who effects me so much. The other day my password for the warp core was Ellie. I didn't realize I had made it that. We are about to get real busy. After this mission can I see you on Deck 10? " Odac declared and asked.

Ellie smiled warmly and nodded. “I’d like that very much! I promise I won’t encourage any inappropriate behaviour” she grinned. “At least not on duty anyway.”

" I am told what happens in the holo deck stays in there. I can’t wait. " Odac scooted closer and took Ellie's hand. He then kissed it, each knuckle on her left hand separately.

Ellie blushed. “I’m not sure our ships Counsellor would approve of us getting romantic in her office.”

Odac stood up.

" I'm sorry Ellie ...well not really but you're right. I better get back to engineering." Yova reacted.

“Yova... wait” Ellie smiled as she quickly leant across and gave him a kiss. “Consider that a promise, I very much want to see you again.”

" We will get our time " Odac smiled.

At that moment the doors reopened as T’Mia returned to the room. “I hope I’m not interrupting, I’m afraid time is up for now.”

" Thank you Counselor." Odac replied as he exited the office.

“Yes, thank you” Ellie smiled as she stood ready to leave.

“My pleasure” T’Mia smiled. “Enjoy the rest of your evening Ellie.”
