After gathering as much as information as possible James and Tara tore down the make-shift Lab getting ready to return to the Ship. They made sure that absolutely no trace of them was left behind.

When finished James tapped his Comm "Transporter Room this is McTavish....two to beam back to the Ship" and momentarily he and Tara were gone from sight.

{Amandora}

The two Officers materialized back on the Ship; Tara walked the samples to the Lab to more closely analyze them tomorrow.

Meanwhile James left for Sickbay to get his old face back before going to see Heather; she may not appreciate being married to a Cardassian.

After awhile James had his old face back so tapping his Comm "Lieutenant McTavish this is Lieutenant McTavish I'm back on board."

"That's good news...I'm finishing up in the Lab now so I'll be home soon" Heather replied with a smile on her face being very happy James was back safe.

"I'll meet you there shortly then" James replied.

{Quarters}

After arriving back home James went in and took a much needed shower before Heather returned and dressed in some comfy clothes. When he walked into the living area he poured himself a much needed drink and sat on the couch sipping his drink while waiting for Heather.

Shortly Heather walked into their Quarters....dropped her bag on the floor....and walked over to James....wrapped her arms around his neck and gave him a great big kiss which lasted for several minutes "I missed you so much; I'm sure glad you're back in one piece" Heather said with a smile.

James smiled back "And it's nice to be back home with you too" James stated then gave her another kiss.

The couple made a nice dinner and sat down to eat as James explained what he had seen and heard while on the planet.

The couple finished dinner, cleaned up the Kitchen , and sat on the couch enjoying be back together again.
