With everything that had happened of late T’Mia hadn’t had much chance to spend time with Greg, the last time they were together was when he’d taken her to Niagara Falls among other places. She’d really enjoyed it.

Making her way down to Marine country while she had a free moment, T’Mia made her way to see Greg. Making her way to his office she smiled as she peered around the open door. “knock, knock”

Greg glanced up from the PADD he had been reading and gave a matching smile to T’Mia, “Come in,” he said waving her into the office, “To what do I owe the pleasure?”

Walking into the office T’Mia grabbed a seat in-front of Greg’s desk. “I know everything is pretty busy, but I haven’t seen much of you since our trip to Earth. I was hoping you’d join me for dinner tonight?”

“That sounds wonderful,” Greg replied, “It has been busy, still can’t believe the CO was just beamed straight off the ship.”

“I know” T’Mia nodded. “It’s come as quite a shock to everyone. We’re doing all we can to find the Commodore and bring her back.”

“I’m sure not much call for Marines till we figure out where she’s being held then it wouldn’t surprise me if the Commander doesn’t turn it over to Starfleet Security to handle, I’m pretty sure she still runs that department.” He gave his head a shake, “But enough about things we can’t handle, do you want me to bring anything for dinner?”

“Hmm I hadn’t thought about it, so surprise me!” T’Mia smiled warmly. “Just You is good enough for me.”

Greg chuckled slightly as he stood up from behind his desk and crossed to lean against the front, “I’ll think of something,” he said leaning down to give her a quick kiss, “How have you been?”

T’Mia returned the kiss before smiling. “I’ve been okay, I’m starting to settle in here now. Having met you helps with feeling more at home.”

“Glad to hear,” Greg said glancing up at movement in his door, “Give me a few minutes Sargent.” He got a nod from the NCO who stepped out of the door. “Glad you’re feeling more at home, I always found a few things to carry from post to post makes where ever I am home.”

“That’s a good idea” T’Mia nodded. “Am I holding you up? If I am I’ll get out of your way.”

“I have a core of very good NCOs, if it was super important I would have either been told or heard the cussing already,” Greg said with a smile, “It can wait. What time where you thinking for dinner?”

“How does 1900 hrs sound?” T’Mia smiled warmly. “There won’t be any need to rush off after either, if you don’t want to.”

“That sounds wonderful,” Greg replied softly.

T’Mia smiled warmly. “Wonderful. I guess i’ll see you then.” She stood ready to leave. “Ohh is there anything I should avoid? Any foods you don’t like, or can’t eat?”

“No, I haven’t discovered anything I’m allergic to, if it’s going to be spicy just give me a heads up to take something for the stomach,” Greg said standing up with her.

“Don’t worry I won’t cook anything spicy” T’Mia smiled warmly. “Mild but delicious.”

“Then I’ll see you tonight,” Greg said leaning forward and giving her a quick kiss. “Do you want me to bring anything?”

“Just yourself will be fine” T’Mia smiled as she gave Greg a quick hug.

“Sounds like a plan, I’ll see you later tonight,” Greg replied as he returned the hug.

Nodding T’Mia headed on her way, looking forward to the end of shift.
