Mission: Shore Leave on Klavor

It had been almost a week since Nix had met with the Queen on Klavor and came aboard Ship. She had been quite busy with meetings and getting settled in her new home; besides helping out the Commodore with her search into that Usher fellow.

Now it was time to get back into a routine which included working out and more training as an Infiltration Specialist.

Walking up to a Holo Suite Nix inserted a disc into the Terminal "Computer run Dunjen zero two level one" came the request. Soon the door slid open as Nix entered "Level one is not advised....injuries may occur although not life threatening" the Computer replied. "Understood....run level one" she replied.

Soon the Lieutenant JG was standing at the door of a large building...she knew exactly how to proceed....but first she checked and the Computer had outfitted her with all her Infiltration Tech, so she proceeded.

Nix put the hood up on her cloak and walked into a large entry with quite a few armed guards walking and looking around for any signs of trouble or those who didn't belong. The objective to the exercise was to navigate past the Guards to a room on the other side of the large entry and enter the next room to extract Intel then leave the building without being noticed.

Nix walked in and looked around to see where the Guards were located then walked over to a column and ducted behind it and waited a few moments. She peeked around the column noticing the Guards had their back to her so she walked over to the next one and did the same as before. Nix proceeded across the entry room in this fashion until she came to the last column before reaching her goal.

There was a Guard standing by the room that she needed to access and he didn't seem to want to move....so she waited for a few more minutes.....he was still standing there so Nix thought a distraction was in order.

The Lieutenant JG always made it a habit to carry a few small stones in her arsenal just for such an occasion....she reached into a pouch and grabbed one and gave it an underhand toss a ways away from the Guard. It hit the floor and bounced away from the him....click...click....click, as it skipped across the floor. He turned his head and followed the stone.

Nix made her move undetected to the room's door and hid in the shadows for a few moments. Seeing that the Guard had not returned she grabbed a fob and placed it in the door's port. Moments later she pulled up her cloak sleeve to access the terminal strapped to her forearm and keyed in some numbers....the door slid open and Nix stepped inside.

As luck would have it a person was right where she needed to get to so she hid behind a console just before the man turned around. He walked towards the door and Nix moved behind the end of the console to remain hidden....she peaked around the end to see the man go to the door and look around. Being satisfied that no one was there he turned and went back to work.

Nix peeked over the console to see the man hard at work....so she quietly went to the next console and used the 'duck and cover' approach until she was very close to the man working. She grabbed a sleeping dart and placed it between her fingers and snuck up behind the fellow and planted the dart in his neck....moments later the guy was out cold as Nix pulled him behind a nearby console to hide him.

She grabbed a Data Disk and inserted it into the console as her hands flew across the key pad....after a few minutes Nix had all the Intel that she needed and was ready for the exit plan. Checking her terminal she found another exit not too far from her current position which would save her having to go back through the entry room again.

Nix walked to the door and grabbed a small drone, about the size of a golf ball, as the door opened. She tossed the ball towards the open door....it went into the next room and Nix checked her terminal once again using this remote ball....the way was clear. She exited the room and grabbed the ball and started towards the new exit.

The Lieutenant JG made her way to the exit point sticking close to the shadows to remain unseen. Shortly her accessed the door and was back out into the courtyard.

"Objectives achieved....simulation terminated " the Computer stated as Nix's Intelligence Tech and cloak disappeared as fast as it had appeared earlier.

Nix was pleased with the results from the exercise as Dunjen commented in her mind "Good job and done in a good amount of time." "Thanks old friend" she thought with a smile on her face.

Now it was time for a nice hot shower and some healthy food to eat along with some rest after a long day.
