Thoros had received sensitivity training and a reprimand placed on his record for his outburst during the last mission. Now released he headed straight for ten forward for a drink.

Pushing past several crew to get to his stool Thoros noticed the new face sitting at the end of the bar.

" You are new here so let me instruct you that this seat is mine."

Dorox, the occupant , said nothing as if he had not heard the loud Klingon.

" Are you deaf? I said ... " Thoros added.
" I heard you I just simply chose to ignore you... Klingon. I am The ships new interim Chief Engineer. When I finish my meal and drink then you can have your imaginary named seat. " Dorox replied.

Thoros paused but then laughed.
" I like you engineer. We will be good friends " Thoros reacted as he joined him in the next seat.

By the end of the meal and drinks both officers realized they had more in common than not.

" I am an accomplished staff fighter Thoros. I would love to engage you in Bat'leths. " Dorox told Thoros.

" It will be an honor to slay you dragon." Thoros replied.
