The Commander checked with the Command Yeomen and found out Cyndi was in her quarters so he made his way there; he didn't want to intrude on her privacy but this was important for a few reasons.

Palming the door chime Jamie waited for a response hoping Cyndi wouldn't be upset with his unannounced arrival.

Cyndi walked to the door and palmed the door sensor letting it slide open, she was carrying her pet snake, Walker. seeing Jamie she stepped back to let him in "Commander what brings you here? Not that I'm not glad to see you. Please have a seat."

Jamie was a little surprised to see Cyndi carrying a snake around but there were much more important matters afoot. Jamie sat then started to explain "First sorry for the interruption but there was a security breach that I thought you should be made aware of as soon as possible" he paused then continued "It involves that guy we talked about days ago....Eddie Brisco and some of our female Officers."

Cyndi walked over and put the snake in his tank "My door is always open to my officers and crew," she took a seat "Brisco? How the hell did he get aboard? Never mind, he's cunning and he is Ex-Starfleet. I got flowers earlier today and just assumed my husband sent them."

"To answer your first question, I relieved him of his credentials before he was escorted off ship. They were fake but very good ones. Him being Ex-Starfleet would explain the uniform; and those flowers you received were most likely from him and not Paul" Jamie commented.

"Paul's not the jealous type but he won't be too happy with another man sending me flowers," Cyndi commented "Brisco has a background in engineering and was good at it. Did he say what he wanted?"

"Yes, he wanted to know where his wife Rayven was and their daughter....I told him I had no idea where Rayven went after the Independence was called back for a major refit and new Crew...and I don't" Jamie replied. "I wouldn't tell him if I did...he put that women through hell years ago."

"I do know where she is, but he'll never know and she never was his wife," Cyndi said "Rayven has taken a leave from Starfleet. Not that I don't trust you or your officers but are you sure he's off the ship?"

Jamie thought for a moment "Yes, he was led away cuffed with a four man Security Detail who were instructed to stun Brisco if he so much as moved funny" Jamie explained "There's one way to know for sure" then tapping his Comm "Lieutenant Jacobs this is O'Connell, are you certain that Brisco left the Ship."

"Absolutely Commander, I watched him exit the Ship myself and secured the entry/exit points on the entire Ship with extra Security until we shove off" came the reply. Looking at Cyndi "I'm not sure what more we could do short of either locking him up in the Brig or killing him....although the second option would be my choice."

"I know and he really hasn't broken any laws he's just a nuisance. Locking him up is an option but knowing him as well as I do he'd find a way to escape. Killing him if it comes to that I can do it. I've killed before," Cyndi said.

Jamie looked at Cyndi for a moment "I'm sure there's a long line of people who would like to do just that" he replied with a grin.

"Rayven I'm sure is at the top of the list, or we'll be able to find some charge that will stick and send him away for a very long time," Cyndi commented.

"That would be optimal considering what's he done over the years" Jamie commented "Commodore I think I've taken up enough of your time and thanks for seeing me....have a good day" then the Commander stood and started for the door.

"It was no problem," Cyndi said walking to the door with him "I think I'll toss those flowers too. Thank you commander,"
