OFF:

This will start the new mission. There should be something for everyone to post to. Major Hurd your going to have an assignment. You assured me you can post to it. Briefing will follow later.

ON:

After a long talk with both Admiral Wilson and General Long Cyndi had received new orders for both the ship and the marines it was time to get underway. Closing her lap top Cyndi walked onto the bridge. Tapping her com-badge “Engine room we’re getting underway in a few minutes, bring engines online standby warp drive. Helm clear all moorings, release umbilical supports, release docking clams and back us away from the Starbase,”

“Moorings cleared, docking clamps released, umbilical supports released, we’re floating free awaiting orders commodore,” Helm reported

“Engines are online warp drive at your command commodore,” engineering reported

“Set course for Zaris Three, warp four once we’re cleared of the station and space traffic,” Cyndi ordered taking her seat.

Cyndi watched as the helm officer backed the ship away from the Mercury and maneuvered into the space traffic, once an opening came the Amanodra slipped safely through and jumped smoothly to warp four.

“We’ll be at Zaris Three in three days present speed,” Helm reported

“Steady as she goes,” Cyndi replied leaning back in her seat
