Despite being a helmsperson Suvak was Vulcan and very fascinated with logic. On this day she signed up and was approved to beam down and watch the new life that was forging on the moon.

" Welcome Lieutenant...you read the protocols?" a female ensign greeted.
" Yes I did." Suvak replied.

" Seats contain binoculars and hearing aids. Take a seat." the Ensign added as Suvak sat down.

The blind was a natural camouflaged area with remarkable view and depths. Terrains and weather and natural views ofnthe flora and fauna surpassed everything Suvak had seen until her logical brain kicked in.

In natural selection most situations resulted in imperical components had come together to make the unnatural reality.

Suvak felt very amused at what was before her as it reminded her of an academy lecture on Earth evolution theories.

ZARIS


Lt Thoros and 2nd Lt Thirman landed their shuttle at the top of a very large mountain top. Thoros had always wanted to try something once very popular to humans

" Are you seriously going to repel this thing?" Thirman asked his Klingon passenger.

" Anyone can climb a mountain but it takes a Warrior to repel one." Thoros replied.

" I prefer to fly over mountains." Murdoch joked.

" Bah....Come with me birdman..."
" Thirman not birdman. Ok sure." Murdoch replied.

Tieing off the secured lines both officers prepared their decent.

As they repelled both stayed pretty even availing them to converse.

" Do you see why I enjoy repelling?" Thoros asked.

" I do this is like gliding a fixed wing craft." Thirman replied but soon stopped when his lines got tangled and he began heading down quickly upside down. Smashing his head and body against the rocks as he quickly descended.

Thoros tried to get to his lines but was out of range and could not get to Murdoch before he hit the ground.

Thoros rushed himself and rushed to his pilots side but the worst fear had occured.
