Cyndi had received the reports from both Herculoid and McTavish. Tapping her com-badge "Lieutenants Herculoid and James McTavish please report to my ready room. I'd like to hear your reports and possible answers."

James had just finished going over the Reports from being out sick when he heard his name called. Tapping his Comm "On my way Commodore" he replied then grabbed his PADD and left for her Ready Room.

The door was already open so Lieutenant McTavish knocked then walked in "Good afternoon Commodore" he stated and grabbed a seat at the round table waiting for Tara to show up.

Tara walked in a few minutes after James "I hope I've not kept you waiting," she set several vials and containers on the table before taking a seat.

"Tara what have you found out after your meetings with Mala?" Cyndi asked

"She introduced me to Jobst who is the leader of the people that Mala belongs to. He told me that they are the natives of this planet and that the others as he called them came later." Tara said "They live in fear of Kyron and his people."

James let out an inward sigh at hearing Tara's findings....this wasn't the first time he had heard of this scenario on a Planet...and doubted it would be the last. "It sounds like Zaris Three isn't all it's cracked up to be" he stated matter of factly.

"I'm inclined to agree, what have you found out?" Cyndi asked "I read the report from Nix, what are your thoughts on that?"

"As far as the samples that I collected from the surface goes, the other Lieutenant McTavish analyzed them and found nothing unusual; matter of fact they would be as you would expect for this type of planet" James explained then continued "The Albains, as they are referred to, need to be released and allowed to live their lives unencumbered; even if we have to give them asylum and take them to another planet. Any society that treats people in this fashion solely because of their skin color, in my opinion aren't worth much."

"I'll take that under advisement," Cyndi said "Have they asked for asylum as of yet? Herucloid what have you uncovered?"

"Commodore Jobst and Mala exlpained as I've said they were here before Kyron and his people came. I found a passage into their area and was stunned to see a pale pink sky, bright fluffy clouds floating over head. The air smelled do fresh, woodsy and carried a scent that I cannot describe. They live in peace with a large species of moth that they care for, the caterpillars feed on mushrooms and that creates the houses that they live in. These moths help these people. These people cannot walk far so the moths carry them, the moths help in ways that I cannot even repeat. From what I've been told is Kyron and a few of the others have taken the moths away from where they live to try to get them to work for them. In doing so the moths die. Mala told me that the sky on the entire planet used to be pink. I've placed on the table one of the cocoons from the caterpillars, some of the water from the hidden area, a sample of the mushrooms the caterpillars feed on," Tara said.

"I'm not privy to that information about them asking for asylum...perhaps the Infiltration Specialists could shed some light on your query" James replied.

"They asked me to keep their location secret," Tara said

"Perhaps lieutenant you can beam down, speak to them and assure them we're going to help," Cyndi suggested "If they're okay with it then the infiltration team can beam down and see what they can uncover. I do agree that the Albains need to be set free and if asylum is what they need so be it."

The Commodore's comment pleased James greatly since he had seen way to much of this sort of inhumane treatment of people all over the galaxy "I'm sure the Specialists can come up with an answer once they speak to the people" he commented.

"Herculoid beam down, talk to Mala and Jobst see if they're okay with the infiltration team beaming down and talking to them and seeing what they can find out. Assure them that their area will remain secret until this is resolved. Kyron also needs to be confronted on the Albains being held against their will," Cyndi said "Lieutenant McTavish I'm going to send you and Commander O'Connell down to speak with Kyron, inform him of the treatment of the Albains and the people Tara has found."

"As you wish Commodore" James replied "I'm sure Commander O'Connell will be more than willing to speak to Kyron about both matters."

"Any further questions or comments?" Cyndi asked

James thought for a few moments "None that I can think of" he replied "I'll inform the Commander of our task and also the Specialists as well."
