Post Number 29 Meeting With Jobst

Location: Planet Surface

Tara returned to the planet and back to talk to Jobst regarding the meeting she’d had on the ship with the commodore and McTavish. After a long talk with Jobst he’d agreed to let the infiltration team into his hidden area.

“And your sure they will not harm us?” Jobst asked

“You have my word,” Tara said “Tell me, the pink sky here has that ever been over the entire planet?”

“Yes before the others came and started harming our moths, our forests and mushrooms. Given time things can return to normal and we’ll have the pink sky back,” Jobst said

“Kyron did say he’s aware of you and your people. Have you heard of the others who are called Albaines?” Tara asked

Jobst nodded “I do know of them and like us they are different. Do you really think we all can live on this planet in peace?”

“We’re sure going to try, the Albaines are being held against their will,” Tara said “From what I understand they just want to live in peace.”

Jobst thought for a few minutes, “They’ve never harmed us and they could live with us if they want to. We’ve also been looking at another planet similar to this one where we could move to if things cannot be resolved”

“Let’s see how things go with the infiltration team and the Albaines first” Tara replied

“I can agree to that,” Jobst said standing to indicate the meeting was over

Tara stood as well “Once we have listened to everyone a decision will be make if Zaris Three is admitted to the Federation or not. That decision is up to my commanding officer all I can do is take back reports and suggestions,”

Tara tapped her com-badge and beamed back to the ship. Once there she made her way to her office and opened a message to O’Connell, McTavish and Cyndi

‘After meeting with Jobst he’s agreed to let the infiltration team into his hidden area. He said the Albaines have always been good to him and his people, he went on to say that if things cannot be resolved there is a sister planet not far from where his people could move to. The pink sky in his area could return to the entire planet should things get worked out.’
