ON:

“Commodore all crew have been recalled and have reported aboard,” Communications announced

“Secure air locks, disengage docking clamps, communications let the Pegasus know we’re pulling out,” Cyndi ordered taking a seat

“Pegasus signales we’re clear to depart, as soon as space traffic is clear we’re cleared for warp drive,” communications responded a few minutes later.

Cyndi tapped her com-badge “Engineering bring engines on line,”

“Helm back us away from the base, heading is up to you at this point,” Cyndi said

“Backing away now commodore,” helm responded as the helm officer backed the Amandora away, turned it around and slid in with the rest of the space traffic, once and opening emerged he slipped the ship through. “Engaging warp drive,what speed commodore?”

“Warp four,” Cyndi answered

Moments later the Amandora jumped smoothly to warp.

“Steady as she goes,” Cyndi said once they’d achieved warp drive as she leaned back and picked up some PADDS that needed her attention. Her yeoman had been a godsend. He’d taken the edge off her a lot of her paperwork load.
