Post Number 70 Eddie is Back

Posting as Eddie Brisco, Sean has plans for him and he has my permission.

ON:

Eddie after marooning the crews of the Victory, the Horizon and the Ohio on a distant planet that had taken a bit to get to headed back to where the ships had been left. They still should be in dock at the star base. He had plans for the three ships and if all went right the star base too. It would make the perfect place to get his operation back into focus. The Orion slave ship had headed there on his orders. Dropping from warp Eddie thought about the star base and how it had been deserted when he’d arrived and still creped him out. There had been piles of dirt all over and it had taken him and his men sometime to get it all cleaned up. They’d even found bug like legs in different places.

“Boss, we got a problem,” Brad said “We’ve not been spotted yet and I scanned those ships we left with some of our people on them. The ships are deserted and there is a Galaxy Class orbiting the base, it’s not docked, I’m picking up two fighters in the solar system. They seem to be running some kind of pattern.”

“What the hell!” Eddie shouted “I left over two hundred people on those ships and now you tell me they’re gone! What ship is that?”

“It’s the Amandora,” Brad said turning to look at Eddie “Commodore Song’s ship.”

“I’m not in the mood to deal with her, yet. This old Nebula Class is no match for that ship. There’s an asteroid that is floating not far from us, take us there and hide behind it. The last thing I need is to be found before we set our plans in motion,” Eddie growled

“I’m on it,” Brad replied as he looked to the navigation officer “Get moving if you know what’s good for you.”

The navigation officer plotted the course and Brad headed for the asteroid and took a position behind it and held at station keeping.

“Hail the Orion ship, let them know we’re back,” Eddie said “And what ever you two do keep us out of sight of those fighters and the Amandora.”

“On it boss,” Marty answered
