OFF:

This will start our new mission. Species are at who ever chooses to pick it. If no one does I’ll pick one. Let’s have fun with this mission

ON:

After several hours of downtime which Cyndi had badly needed, breakfast with Paul it was time to return to duty. Major Hurd had been left in command of the ship and hopefully it had gone well as her crew knew better than to cause an issue on the bridge or to disobey an order when given. Grabbing a thermo mug of coffee Cyndi headed for the bridge feeling rested from a few hours off. Cyndi walked to the lift and called for it. It arrived a few minutes later and she stepped in “Bridge,” she said and the lift moved and came to a stop on the bridge. The doors opened and Cyndi walked onto the bridge and watched her officers for a few minutes before making herself known. Major Hurd was seated in the command chair. Walking over “Major I trust everything went well, I thank you for taking over for me. Your relieved now.”Seeing his nod Cyndi took her seat and accepted several PADDS from her yeoman. Setting her mug on the armrest she set to work reading the reports.

Tara had been on the bridge watching sensors when Cyndi returned. Spotting something on sensors Tara switched the scans, after a few minutes “Commodore I’m picking up a small craft it’s just on sensor range about thirty light years away off our port bow.”

“On screen,” Cyndi ordered

Tara pulled the image up and magnified it, the craft was still small “That’s the best I can give you sir, it appears to be traveling at warp 1. It’s too small to be a freighter. The course seems erratic almost as if it’s on auto pilot, ”

“Helm plot an intercept course,” Cyndi ordered “Communications try to hail that ship,” Tapping her com-badge “Commander Green and senior officers report to the bridge. Herculoid continue to monitor and notify me of any changes.”

“Understood commodore,” Tara responded
