After leaving Admiral Olvera’s office Cyndi beamed back to the planet, the news that her new ship was on the way and would be arriving in a few hours had her to say the least excited. It had been a long time since she’d broken in a new ship and the first time in command of one. Not to mention the chance to explore a uncharted sector of space.

Knowing her crew were scattered on the planet, Cyndi tapped her com-badge “All hands this is Song, I just met with Admiral Olvera and our new ship is due to dock in three hours. Orders are we’re all to meet in Dock 47B on Star Base Danvers. Once we’re all assembled there then we’ll board the new ship, together. Our new ship is a Vesta Class. I for one am looking forward to breaking her in for a few weeks to before we head out on patrol. I’ll see everyone in three hours on the Star Base. Song out.”
