After getting Lieutenant Herculoid's report on Kees and Yova. Cyndi would let the science chief handle Kees and a demotion in rank woud be forth coming. The next issue was Yova. Tapping her com-badge "Lieutenant Yova this is the commodore, report to my ready room,"

Odac Yova had sobered up and come to grips with what he had done. Having not left his quarters these many day he left it and arrived to the ready room.

" Odac Yova reporting as ordered Commodore."

Cyndi picked up the report from Herculoid and handed it to him "Care to explain what you and Kees were thinking?"

" Ma'am we were not using good judgement. I influenced her and she and I used bad judgement. We both are between relationships. We are in deep space with our...passions. I take full blame she was working and I came to get. I'll resign if you will forgive her ma'am." Yova replied.

"That still gives me no reason as to why the two of you did this. Being between relationships is no reason to lock Kees office door and get drunk and have sex in there. That is conduct unbecoming an officer, she's a lieutenant she knows better and I thought you had better sense too. I'm not asking you to resign but what I should do is demote you, but instead this will be a mark on your record and a warning that this cannot happen again," Cyndi said

" I understand that ma'am. I will comply ." Yova replied.

"I hope you've learned something from this," Cyndi said "Dismissed lieutenant."

Yova exited the ready room and then back to his room. This was bad and for the first time he felt upset that his actions had heart someone else namely Ellie Kees.
