After Nix left her meeting with 1st Lieutenant Rivers, she proceeded to the Strategics Op's Office to get as much additional information as possible to help with the Op.

Walking into the Office Nix saw a familiar face "Lieutenant how are you" she asked.

The Lieutenant looked up from his work "Lieutenant JG Dunjen, nice to see you again and I'm doing well. What can I do for you" he asked with a smile.

Nix returned the smile "I wish to speak to the Chief if that's possible about an upcoming Op."

"Let me see if she's free....by the way you do know we have a new Chief....she's Lieutenant Commander Rouge Green...nice lady....let me check for you" he explained. A few moments later "She'll see you now."

"Hmm....a new Chief....this should be interesting" Nix thought as she headed towards the Office "You got this....piece of cake" she heard Dunjen say.

The door was open so Nix palmed the chime then waited to be recognized.

Green was at her desk but she was deep in meditation, enveloping herself in the Core and accessing images and feelings from all over the sector. When her door chimed Green pulled herself back to the present in mere seconds. "Come in, please."

Nix walked in and stood tall in front of the desk "Lieutenant Commander Green, thank you for seeing me on such short notice. I'm Lieutenant JG Nix Dunjen, the Infiltration Specialist, and was looking for any information on the Romulan Prison planet before my mission starts" she explained then smiled.

"Oh, yes, of course," said Green, getting to her feet and going to a cylindrical booth with a transparisteel door that would slide aside to allow access to the Strategic Operations classified data safe. Pulling a metallic 'pointer from its slot Green rubbed it along her gumline in her mouth, then reinserted it. As she was doing that she leaned in for the retinal scan as she pressed her right and left thumbs onto a print scanner. All three showed a green signal and the clear door slid aside and Green stepped within the booth. Once at the safe the entire process was repeated a second time until she got the safe open. All that to reach in and grab a jump drive, close the safe and step out as the booth closed. She tossed the drive at Nix. "That's everything provided by Rivers and the others in regards to the installation. I, myself, have nothing to add since I have never heard of this place. Seems a few of my informants need to be reminded as to which master they serve."

Nix grabbed the drive in mid air as it approached still looking at Green....it was a pure reflex action "Thank you Lieutenant Commander hopefully this it help fill in some blanks before I get on the Moon" she commented, then grinned "I seem to have this bad habit of wanting to return from an Op still alive and in one piece."

Ro gave a nod and grin. "May that addiction be with you forever, Miss Dunjen. If you don't mind being addressed common, then I ask your permission to use Nix from time to time?"

The Lieutenant JG was quite pleased with the Lieutenant Commander's thoughts of informality from time to time "Nix would be fine" then she paused for a moment not wanting to seem ungrateful "And just Dunjen is fine as well" she replied with a smile.

Green gave a light chuckle in the chest. "Oh, I think that can be arranged. My demeanor is much the same. Green or Ro, whichever comes to mind first. When on the Bridge, of course, propriety must be maintained a little more." She had been thinking on this since the woman arrived and now was a good time. "I've noted that you are specific to the Intel department. If Alister agrees, and you wish to give it a go, then I can always use another S.Ops officer. Infiltration comes with the territory here, as does martial skills and training. If it interests you, give it some thought, Nix."

Nix was a little taken back by the offer but was flattered as well "Thank you Ro for your consideration......we will most certainly give it some thought and I'll get back to you" Nix replied "But for now I need to focus on the Op and get those people out of there and back to safety."

Green's face became more serious, but in a soft and friendly way, not off-putting. She stepped in closer to Nix. "Dunjen, you'll do fine. Trust your feelings and all will go well. See you when you get back."

"Thank you Ro for the jump drive and your counsel and yes I will see you when I return" Nix replied being very sincere then turned and left the Chief's Office to go and study the information that was given to her.
