Cyndi had secured her shuttle in a nearby docking ring so that when the new Amandora arrived it it could easily be tractored aboard the ship, Cyndi was waiting for Paul and the kids to arrive as well. As Admiral Olvera had said this crew had been through hell and back. Breaking in a new ship for a few weeks would be good, despite a few issues with a new ship as there were bound to be some.

Cyndi had the best chief engineer in David Montgomery. Knowing him as well as she did she was sure he’d studied the specs on a Vesta Class Starship so he’d be ready for anything.

Kalina Johnson was the best helm pilot she could have gotten her hands on as again Cyndi was sure she’d studied the Vesta Class Starship and the support ships that would be on it.

Sabbath and Tara were both well trained in Science with Tara doubling in the diplomatic Department, both were well qualified in both positions.

Rivers despite her age and not having gone through Starfleet Marines had proven herself more than once she had what it took to head up the fighter wing. The fighters were under her control and she had the final say there. The new fighters were Vipers.

Tara and Kristian had docked Tara’s shuttle near Cyndi’s with Alesha having her fighter on a landing pad near where the Amandora would dock. Alesha helping Amber from the fighter walked over to where, most of the assembled officers were waiting for the arrival of the new ship;

Cyndi seeing that most of her crew had assembled smiled “Ship won’t be long now. I don’t know about everyone else but I’m excited to see the new ship. We’re waiting on the rest of the crew to get here. Rivers once we’re on the ship come see me and I’ll you up with bigger quarters for you and your daughter,”
