After the meeting broke up where Ro had asked for some personal time to travel to Earth, Cyndi walked off to find Paul. It didn’t take long to find him. He was leaning against her shuttle .

“Your meeting looked intense, everything okay?” Paul asked

“Yes, Commander Green requested some personal leave time and I granted it, I’m granting Heather McTavish access to my shuttle and the scans and data I collected while we were on the cabin. There are however a few thing I want to go over myself,” Cyndi said “I’ll have to change the language from Klavorian to Federation as this is my personal shuttle. Everything on it is in Klavorian.”

Paul turned and keyed in the access code, causing the ramp to drop, he boarded the shuttle and waited for Cyndi to join him.

Cyndi boarded her shuttle and took a seat at the main computer, switching it on, it didn’t take her long to bring the system up and only seconds to change the language to Federation, “That’s done,” shutting it down Cyndi picked up a PADD and jotted down her access code to unlock it and deactivate the alarms on it and then the access code to the computer. “Don’t let me forget when this is back on the ship to change everything back to Klavorian.”

“Or you can leave it Federation,” Paul suggested “I know it’s yours but it’s on a Federation ship.”

“I’ll think on it,” Cyndi said as they left the shuttle, she paused long enough to reset the alarms on it. "I've volunteered you too, it's believed this planet was settled by the Icoioans at one time, there may be a way into the center of the planet and with your knowledge in engineering I suggested that you go along."

"I dealt with them years ago," Paul responded "I'm looking forward to seeing what is in there. "With Commander Green taking personal time off what are you going to do for a first officer?"

"I'm going to put Commander O'Connell in as acting first officer, and I was going to have Herculoid turn her research and samples and what ever else she's collected here but I think I'm going to let her work on her own things. Doctor Long told me something that Herculoid found and I want her to finish it and see what she makes of it," Cyndi said

"Tara does have a PhD like you in science," Paul commented "As does Heather McTavish."

"And that's why I want Tara to work on her projects same with certain ones that I want to go over. Not everything I found will be translated to Standard," Cyndi commented

Paul nodded "That's why your the boss. I'll let you talk to your officers and I'll meet with you later."
