Once Commanders Parker's had been settled and gotten used to the ship it was time to introduce them to the crew. Cyndi walked into the conference room with a large tray of baked goods, coffee and various drinks. Tapping her com badge "Attention senior staff please report to the conference room. We have a new first officer and new security chief. It's time to meet them and introduce yourselves to them as well.

Tara, Kristian and Alesha set up the holographic baby sitter for Alesha's daughter Amber and headed to the conference room. The word that there was a new first officer and new security chief had them wondering what had happened.

"Commodore," Kristian greeted as they walked in and after selecting a bake good and beverage they took seats to await the rest of the senior staff to arrive.

Alister entered the briefing room muttering at the information on his PADD. He gave a brief nod to the Commodore and a wave to Alesha before sliding into ha chair.

Alesha waved back to Alistar. She owed him a lot.

Jaxia entered the briefing room and nodded to the Commodore before taking a seat.

Science Officer Sabbath entered and nodded to all of his peers before taking his seat.
" Hello everyone. "

Grace walked in behind the science officer and took a seat. She was followed by David, the engineering chief. He smiled as he looked around and took a seat, taking a drink from his mug.

Entering the Conference Room Lieutenant William Wright was a little self conscious not knowing anyone; only recently meeting his C.O. With a smile "Greetings everyone" he commented while grabbing an unoccupied seat.

Benjamin appreciated the timely arrivals of the senior staff, it showed good strength and leadership. Any of you is replacing a remarkable officer, but he was so grateful to this team. He had heard about the good news they had been doing together as a team. And you couldn't wait to join them. "I want to thank everybody for coming, I know the meeting hasn't started yet but it's appreciated that you're all on time." Benjamin said openly.

"The reason everyone for this meeting is some of you may already know, Captain Green who was our XO and Lieutenant Tal who was the security chief have been re-assigned. Captain Green now has her own command and Lieutenant Tal has gone with her as XO. I'd like to introduce Commander Benjamin Parker who is our new XO and his wife Lieutenant Commander Grace Parker who is our new security chief. Please give them a warm welcome and introduce yourselves to them and tell them what departments you in," Cyndi said

"I'm Lieutenant Commander Kristian Long, I'm the chief medical officer. Welcome aboard commanders,"Spotting another new officer Kristian directed her welcome to him "Welcome aboard as well Lieutenant Williams."

Will had to grin "Actually it's Lieutenant William Wright; but not to worry, I've been called worse and it's nice to meet you as well Lieutenant Commander Long" he replied then turning his attention elsewhere "Welcome Commanders; I'm the new Chief of Operations."

“Lieutenant David Montgomery.” He spoke next. “I’m the chief engineer, glad to meet you both.”

“Lieutenant Alister McKeon, Chief Intelligence Officer,” Alister said with a nod from his seat, “Look forward to working with all of you.”

"Captain Alesha Rivers, I'm the Wing Commander in the fighter squadron. Welcome commanders, your welcome to stop by the fighter deck and have a look at the Vipers the ship carries,"

"Lieutenant Tara Herculoid, I'm the assistant science chief and when needed I double as chief diplomatic officer. I'm looking forward to serving with you as well."

Sabbath then added " I am Lieutenant Sabbath Chief Science Officer along side Lt Herculoid . The science department stands is staffed and ready to serve."

Jaxia added, "I am Lieutenant JG Enja, Assistant Chief Medical Officer."

Cyndi turned to Ben and his wife Grace "Commanders I know a lot has been thrown at you by the senior staff. The floor is yours if there is anything you'd like to say."

Grace smiled at them. “I’m Lieutenant Commander Grace Parker, the ships security chief. I am here if you need me otherwise things will run as normal.” She looked to her husband, the XO.

"I'm Commander Benjamin Parker, the new first officer obviously. I'm deeply honored to be serving you all." Benjamin called out.

"I know I speak for everyone, the commanders come highly recommended and I am looking forward to serving with them. We've thrown a lot at them with who we all are. Now that they've met us all it's time to get out and begin a shake down cruise so we can see what this new ship can do. I thank everyone for coming. "Let's get underway," Cyndi said "Dismissed."
